WHO QUALIFIES

HOME OWNERS & PRIVATE RENTING TENANTS

You may qualify for funding through the ECO scheme if you meet the following criteria

HHCRO (BENEFITS 1)

Must receive one or more of the following benefits administered by DWP:

  • Working Tax Credit
  • Universal Credit
  • Income Related Employment Support Allowance
  • Pension Credit
  • Child Tax Credit
  • Income Support
  • Income Based Jobseekers Allowance
  • Housing Benefit (New Eligible Benefit Under ECO4)
  • Pension Savings Credit (New Eligible Benefit Under ECO4)

Must have signed self-declaration form to prove the resident has the correct household income.
